• The ski schools and ski pass sales office are ideally located at the bottom of the Mélèzes chairlift. ESF (Ecole de Ski Francais) offers ski lessons and a Club Piou-Piou for the little ones in La Plagne 1800. After skiing, your children can enjoy the toboggan run located on the snow front.

• Decathlon ski rental store is just opposite the chalet. Through our partnership, the ski shop can deliver your skis directly to the chalet and pick them up upon your departure.

• The SPAR supermarket (3 minutes away) is approximately 50m from the chalet. You can access it from the lower part of the chalet by going down the route de la Grande Rochette, or from the upper part by turning right into rue de Constantine and taking the pedestrian path that leads down to the resort. There, you can find fresh bread.

• Another fresh bread pickup point is located at "Les délices de la mère Boudu" shop, just 200m from the chalet (5 minutes).

• The Tourist Office is situated right in front of SPAR.

• The "Les P'tits Bonnets" nursery is in Plagne Centre, easily accessible from the chalet by the free bus shuttle.

To reach the chalet from Lyon, follow the directions to Chambéry, then Albertville, and finally Aime. At the exit of Aime, take the direction towards La Plagne. After passing through the village of Macôt La Plagne, you have about 20 minutes left to reach the resort through the 21 hairpin bends (numbered in descending order).

Chalet du Bois Melay is located in Plagne 1800, after hairpin bend number 1, just in front of the Decathlon Plagne 1800 ski shop.

A private parking area is available in front of the chalet, accessible from the departmental road by which you arrived (route de la Grande Rochette). You can continue a little further and go around the roundabout to facilitate entry into the parking area.

Another private parking space is accessible just above the chalet. To get there from the chalet, continue on the departmental road to the roundabout, and take the first road on the right towards Plagne Centre, then immediately take the rue de Constantine on the right. The chalet is the 2nd one on the right on rue de Constantine, and you can park in front of the stairs.

If needed, a public parking lot in Plagne 1800 is located just in front of the chalet, next to the Decathlon ski shop, and another is located at the entrance of rue de Constantine.
